Jane G. Arnot

  

Jane has more than a decade of experience in the complex and demanding Commercial real estate industry. She came from a successful career in sales, sales management and business development that spanned several industries involving travel around the globe. 


This diverse background provided an education and the creation of a unique skillset that is grounded in solutions-based approaches, often involving intricate issues. She is a specialist in identifying the objectives of all parties to develop strategies to achieve optimal results for all.


Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of Jane’s business. Clients embrace her open and direct communication and the ethical approach to her business practices. Her business is steeped in customer service and representation, which is palpable to all her clients.


Her MBA from University of Manitoba with a specialization in marketing led to a role as a CRM Principal at IBM where she worked as a consultant to Canadian businesses looking to leverage their vast data stores for more effective business decision making. At CanWest, Jane became a Senior Director of Business Development responsible for negotiating partnerships and acquisitions for the Online Division. As Vice President for Sales and Marketing for Intelligent Hospital Systems she led a worldwide sales team launch a novel robotic system that automated the preparation of IV medication for large hospitals and cancer centers. 


Jane’s love of problem solving, and her diverse background were the building blocks for Jane to excel in the field of Commercial real estate. She is relentless in her pursuit of solutions with a keen focus in Multifamily Development, Investment sales as well as leasing and sales in all sectors of Commercial real estate, for both private and public sector clientele.


Clients that have recently enjoyed Jane’s representation include CAA, GFL, PCL Construction, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation, Province of Manitoba, Bison Transport, William F. White International, IronClad Development, IBEW and Prendiville Industries. 

Strategic Partnership

In 2021, Jane strategically aligned with RE/MAX Professionals of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The mission of this new venture is to be the commercial real estate brokerage that is trusted to find the right solution for buyers and sellers - the first one called.
